At the beginning of our Media Studies Course we have been given a preliminary task that must involve three different techniques: match on action, shot reverse shot and the 180 degree rule.
Last lesson we drafted a script and a storyboard for this preliminary task (my storyboard can be seen above). The script script is below this. I was inspired to create a horror, dystopian themed short clip due to my love of dystopian and futuristic themed novels and movies. The script is formed around two people: a highly ranked citizen of a dystopian society (person 1) and a rebel (person 2) who seeks justice for what the dystopian government have done to the world by poisoning person 1 and watching them die, hiding in the shadows.
The script:
Person 1: You've come to kill me, haven't you?
Person 2: I already have
Person 1: Is it pointless to say sorry?
Person 2: Never
