After my last blog update, I started to research deeper into the sci-fi dystopian film genre.
Recently I went on the internet and researched a selection of dystopian films. From these I got a vague idea of recurring themes within a dystopian film:
disease with no cure | madness | robots/humanoids/cyborgs | clones | shorter lifespan |
radioactive/nuclear planet | totalitarian government
(Films and TV shows I looked at included: 12 Monkeys (film), Blade Runner, Cloud Atlas,
Humans (TV show), Moon, The 100, The Maze Runner,
The Scorch Trials, V for Vendetta)
